Metropolis, Illinois

After leaving Kentucky we headed to Illinois. We stopped in Metropolis on our way to St. Louis and as you can guess the town thrives on its name. It is a tiny, empty town that I am guessing makes a lot of money off of people like us who are stopping through town. Superman is everywhere, so as expected, we went full tourist and took a ton of pictures.
The giant Superman, Lois Lane and kryptonite were great photo ops, however it was the rest of the silly things we had the most fun with. If you are a Superman fan, this is a must see!
